Description for Misconduct Where, a student is guilty of misconduct or impropriety any penalty as listed below may be imposed upon him, keeping in view the severity of the offence- Fined Placed on probation for a fixed period not exceeding three months. If during the period he/she fails to improve his/her conduct, he/she may be rusticated or expelled from the institution. Suspended from the institution for a maximum period of two weeks at a time. Expelled or rusticated, from the institution. In this case a copy of the notification will be endorsed to the Institute. Description for Rustication of Expulsion Rustication means the loss of one academic year so far as his/her appearance in a institute examination is concerned. The periods of absence from the institute will, however, depend upon the time of the year when the penalty is imposed upon a student. After the expiry of the period of rustication the student will be eligible to seek admission in any institution subject to the permission accorded by the Institute. Following will be ensured for expulsion: No student shall remain on roll of the institution during his/her period of rustication/expulsion. A copy of the notification regarding rustication or expulsion of a student must be furnished to the institute by the Principal concerned. If any such case is revised, the decision must be communicated to the board. Attendance Minimum attendance required is 85% for each theory and practical individually Relaxation in attendance is allowable up to 10% only on medical grounds as per university rules. Sectional marks are linked with attendance performance in the class tests and Model Test examination Therefore, the student must try to attend maximum of classes and perform well in the test examinations. Failure to fulfill minimum attendance and poor performance may result in the student not being permitted to appear in Institute Examination and thereby repeating the semester. Vacation will be declared as per the academic calendar of the institute as notified from to time Fines may be levied for unauthorized absence from classes as decided by institute. Mass Absenteeism will be viewed seriously and heavy fine may be imposed in the whole class for such an act. Student’s parents/ guardians may also be informed regarding appropriate action.

No Refund Policy At IIP Computer Education Center, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. Please review our No Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. 1. No Refunds All fees paid are non-refundable. Once the course fees, registration fees, or any related payments are made, they will not be refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies to all courses, workshops, seminars, and other educational programs offered by IIP Computer Education Center. 2. Course Cancellation by the Center In the unlikely event that IIP Computer Education Center cancels a course, students will be offered the option to either transfer to another course of equal value or receive a full credit voucher that can be applied to future courses. 3. Student Withdrawal If a student chooses to withdraw from a course after enrolling, no refunds or credits will be provided, regardless of the reason for withdrawal (including personal circumstances, job changes, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the course). 4. Missed Classes No refunds or make-up classes will be offered for any missed classes. Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes and catching up on any missed work on their own. 5. Course Transfer If a student is unable to attend the course they registered for, they may request to transfer to another course of equal value, subject to seat availability and approval by the management. The request must be made before the course start date. No transfers will be allowed once the course has begun. 6. Exceptional Circumstances While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, no refunds will be issued in any situation, including medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other personal matters. Students are encouraged to contact us prior to enrolling to ensure they fully understand the course requirements and commitment. 7. Payment Plans If a student is on a payment plan and withdraws from the course, they are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in legal action or additional fees.
Anti Ragging Policy

Ragging is strictly banned in the institution and outside, and any one indulging in ragging in any form will be punished appropriately. As per Chhattisgarh Shaikshanik Sansthan Me Pratarna ka Pratishedh Adhiniyam “Ragging” means inducing, Compelling or forcing a student weather by way of a practical joke or otherwise, to do any act which detracts from human dignity or violates his person or exposes him to ridicule or forbear from doing any unlawful act by intimidating wrongfully restraining, wrongfully restraining wrongfully confining or injuring hi or by using criminal force to him or by holding out to him any threat or such intimidation, wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, injury or the use of criminal force. No student of an educational institution either directly or indirectly or by any other means or any where shall commit or take part in ragging. Any person who contravenes the provisions of the act (by indulging in any from of ragging) or attempts to commit or abest the act of ragging or takes part either directly or indirectly in ragging shall be punished with either of the description for imprisonment which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both. Every offence under this Act shall be cognizable non-bailable and non-compoundable. Every offence punishable under this Act shall be tried by a Judicial Magistrate for first class. The provisions of the code of criminal procedure, 1973 (N0. 2 of 1947) shall apply for investigation, inquiry and trail of the offence under this Act and the campus A student of an education institution who has been convicted Under section 4 shall be liable to rustication for the educational institution. A student who has been rusticated or any other person who has been convicted under this act not be admitted to another education institution for a period of three years.
